DC/CIK無血清培養(yǎng)基產(chǎn)品信息:

BIOTARGET-1無血清培養(yǎng)基用來培養(yǎng)人類外周血中的單核細(xì)胞，如淋巴細(xì)胞或周圍血液中的單核細(xì)胞。BIOTARGET-1無血清培養(yǎng)基 含人白蛋白和轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白，不含生長因子或激素（除了微量的生物合成的人重組胰島素）。使用前，需加入終濃度為2-4mM的L-Glutamine（貨 號：03-022-1B）。

BIOTARGET-1的應(yīng)用，包括: 

• 樹突狀細(xì)胞（Dendritic Cell）培養(yǎng)
• 人單核細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)
• 外周血T淋巴細(xì)胞增值擴(kuò)大培養(yǎng)如LAK細(xì)胞、CIK細(xì)胞等
• 腫瘤浸潤性淋巴細(xì)胞（TIL）培養(yǎng)
• NK細(xì)胞增殖培養(yǎng)
• HIV病毒增殖
